Pachee Stern

Hi, I’m Pachee! I recently graduated from UW-Green Bay with my master’s degree in social
work with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health. I am a first-generation Hmong American
woman, hoping to empower and uplift individuals from marginalized groups. I have a special
interest in working with teens, adults, and our perinatal population. My therapeutic approach is
rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
My goal in therapy is to empower you as you navigate your challenges through fostering a
sense of resilience and self-worth. I have a passion for supporting parents as they navigate
pregnancy, postpartum, and all the adjustments that occur afterwards. Being a parent comes
with many emotions and it can be hard to find who you are afterwards. My hope is to walk
alongside you as you navigate this journey in life.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring parks and road trips. I
understand the importance of self-care and balance, which I encourage for my clients as they
navigate the journey of parenthood.
Taking the first step towards seeking support is a brave and empowering decision. My goal is to
meet you exactly where you are at and help guide and support you every step of the way.
