We are proud to announce the opening of The Perinatal Center for Mental Health at CCP! Our goal with this location is to offer a holistic model of care for our perinatal patients. This will include individual and group therapy for wherever you are at in your perinatal journey, including miscarriage/infant loss support and infertility support. We are also partnering with lactation services and childbirth education classes, and adding more services as we grow. We are excited to make those soft hand offs and connections for you so it’s easier to reach these services and education for your perinatal journey!

I am certified in perinatal mental health, and have a passion for working with parents who might be struggling during the prenatal, perinatal, or postnatal phases. This could include, but is not limited to, concerns with depression, anxiety, parenting transition struggles, birth trauma, and/or infertility.
I am a mental health therapist with a certification in Perinatal Mental Health. I work with teens and adults who experience a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder and bipolar, but my area of expertise is in perinatal mood disorders.
I recently graduated from UW-Green Bay with my master’s degree in social
work with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health. I am a first-generation Hmong American woman, hoping to empower and uplift individuals from marginalized groups.
Perinatal Grief and Loss Group
Facilitator: Tara Sell, LPC, PMH-C
Dates: Weekly for a commitment of four sessions
Day: Mondays
Time: 4 - 5:30 pm
This group is offered to those who have experienced loss through infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, terminations for medical reasons, or infant death, whether more recently or in the past. Going through this experience can feel so isolating, and this group offers that peer support from others, in a safe and nonjudgmental place. If you are interested in joining us, please see the "group expectations" section below. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to us!
In order to participate: To ensure best care and support while participating in this group, we ask that every group member be enrolled and attending individual therapy. That can be at this clinic, or another clinic. Please sign an ROI for CCP and have your therapist complete a group referral form, which can be found here. After we receive your referral form, the group facilitator will reach out to answer any questions and discuss your start date. Group can be billed to your insurance, or you can self-pay. Please call the number on the back of your card to ask about your specific plan coverage for group psychotherapy.
