Welcome to The Center for Perinatal Mental Health at CCP!  We opened this location in 2024, and our goal with this location is to offer multidisciplinary options for care for our perinatal patients to support your mental health. The perinatal period begins from the moment you are thinking about adding to your family, if you are struggling with infertility and loss while trying to grow your family and continues to the first year postpartum and beyond.  The Center offers individual and group therapy for wherever you are at in your perinatal journey, including miscarriage/infant loss support and infertility support.

We are also partnering with other community providers to offer easy access to lactation services, speech and language/feeding support, pelvic floor phyisical therapy, and childbirth education classes.  We are excited to make those warm hand offs and connections for you so it’s easier to reach these services and education for your perinatal journey!

Clinicians at The Center for Perinatal Mental Health

The Center for Perinatal Mental Health is located in Appleton at 3301 Ballard Road, Suite C. We will also continue to offer perinatal mental health counseling at all locations.  To search Perinatal Mental Health clinicians at all locations, visit the  Clinician page.

I am certified in perinatal mental health, and have a passion for working with parents who might be struggling during the prenatal, perinatal, or postnatal phases. This could include, but is not limited to, concerns with depression, anxiety, parenting transition struggles, birth trauma, and/or infertility.

I am a mental health therapist with a certification in Perinatal Mental Health. I specialize in the perinatal population which includes pregnancy, postpartum, grief, miscarriage, infertinity, NICU, parenthood, relationships and so much more. I greatly enjoy walking alongside mothers as they transition throughout the many stages of motherhood.

I recently graduated from UW-Green Bay with my master’s degree in social
work with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health. I am a first-generation Hmong American woman, hoping to empower and uplift individuals from marginalized groups.

I specialize in Perinatal Mental Health and Infant Mental Health, which combined includes the prenatal period through early childhood. A caregiver’s and child's mental health impact each other, for better or worse. Pregnancy, parenting, and all things related can be exciting, scary, and often nothing like we expected.
