Medication Management
Medication Management services at CCP are available by referral only.
At CCP, we understand that mental health is multifaceted, and sometimes, effective treatment involves more than just therapy. Medication management in tandem with therapy can offer a comprehensive approach to your mental well-being.
How Medication Management Works at CCP
-
Therapist Referral Required
Medication Management services at CCP are available by referral only. Your therapist will assess your needs and determine if a consultation with a prescribing provider is appropriate for your treatment plan. If so, they can use the link below to refer you.
-
Initial Evaluation
Once referred, you’ll meet with a licensed medical provider who specializes in psychiatric medication. They will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your mental health history, current symptoms, and treatment goals.
-
Personalized Treatment Plan
If medication is recommended, your provider will work with you to create a tailored plan that aligns with your therapy and overall wellness. This includes discussing potential benefits, side effects, and expected outcomes.
-
Ongoing Monitoring & Adjustments
Regular follow-up appointments will ensure that your medication is effective and well-tolerated. Your provider will make any necessary adjustments to dosage or medication type based on your progress and feedback

-
Exclusionary Criteria
Medication management is only available virtually, and to individuals who are 18 and older. Individuals with complex medical needs that benefit from increased monitoring when it comes to medication management, and/or clients with substance use concerns would not be a good fit for referral.
By using the provider referral form links below, you are indicating you have read the information above, including the exclusionary criteria. Please note a referral is for consideration of care, not a guarantee of care. Thank you!
Dr. Dylan Murray
Board-Certified Psychiatrist
I am a board-certified psychiatrist dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health care.
I earned my medical degree from the University of Iowa in 2012 and completed my psychiatry residency there in 2016. I take a conservative approach to psychiatric diagnosis and medication management, prioritizing careful evaluation and shared decision-making.
I view medication as a tool to support people as they work to modify thought and behavior patterns with the goal of improving their overall well-being. I work with clients age 18+.
I reside in Iowa but serve patients throughout Wisconsin. I maintain strong ties to Wisconsin, having lived in Milwaukee and provided care in the Fox Valley since 2019.
At this time, I am only accepting referrals from psychotherapists. Please review the "How Med Management Works" information above, and have your therapist complete the referral form if you are interested in an appointment for medication management.
